Die Präsenzzeit dieses Moduls umfasst bei 15 Semesterwochen 60 Veranstaltungsstunden (= 45 Zeitstunden). Der Gesamtumfang des Moduls beträgt bei 5 Creditpoints 150 Stunden (30 Stunden/ECTS Punkt). Daher stehen für die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Veranstaltung zusammen mit der Prüfungsvorbereitung 105 Stunden zur Verfügung.

Airlaw Part 2
The students have knowledge about international air traffic services, the organisation of search and rescue service, security and accident investigation. Detailed knowledge of flight procedures outlined in PANS-OPS and PANS-ATM enable the students to plan, prepare and carry out commercial flights in accordance to instrument flight rules.
Operational Procedures Part 2
The students have enhanced knowledge about the regulatory framework of commercial flight operations and the procedures that are used. The focus is set on the transportation of dangerous goods, the management of ETOPS and long range flights, all weather operations, and emergency procedures during commercial air transportation. The students are able to apply this knowledge in the decision making process of planning and conducting flight duties.
