Workload:
Workload of student for successfully completing the course. Each ECTS credit represents 30 working hours. These are the combined effort of face-to-face time, post-processing the subject of the lecture, exercises and preparation for the exam.

The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).
60 class hours (= 45 clock hours) over a 15-week period.
The total student study time is 135 hours (equivalent to 4.5 ECTS credits).
There are therefore 90 hours available for class preparation and follow-up work and exam preparation.

Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module students will:
- be able to independently engage with specialized literature on a selected topic,
 
- be able to summarize a business problem in a written paper, discuss it critically, and come up with possible solutions,
 
 
- be able to clearly present the knowledge gained in the form of a lecture or presentation,
  
- be are able to lead a discussion on the results presented by them.

Module content:
The topics will be offered by different lecturers and will pertain to current issues and problems from the field of business administration. The topics will cover a wide range of study areas.
Students will write a term paper about their topic and present their results to their fellow students.
