Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this course, students will be able to: - to list the most important principles of German law and the German civil jurisdiction; - familiarize themselves with legal texts independently, interpret the individual regulations and relate them to each other on theri own; - describe the relevance of the above regulations to business practice; - develop proposals for solutions to specific cases relating to legal transactions and obligations by classifying the problem, subsuming the facts under the characteristics of the relevant regulations and deriving the result therefrom; - review the result based on general legal value decisions.
