Learning outcomes:
Independently working on a project from research and development. By writing the thesis the student shows that he is capable of dealing with an application-oriented problem from his professional field. He shows that he is able to work on the problem independently and can present it successfully in a structured way and with engineering methods in a certain amount of time.

Module content:
The thesis should be written in cooperation with a cooperating company or within the context of a research project. It should show the student’s knowledge which he gained during his studies by working on a concrete and application-oriented problem. The limit of the thesis is in principle 3 months maximum. If the supervisor agrees, it can be written in another language than German.
