Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module students will: - know and be able to explain basic business administration terms - be able to describe the external and internal determining factors and results of entrepreneurial activity, - be able to illustrate and evaluate operational processes - be able to explain economic decisions - be able to identify the most important characteristics of the strategic management process - be able to describe selected models for situation analysis and the development of strategies - receive an overview of the international aspects of corporate management - be able to apply these concepts and tools in various sub-areas to simple business examples.
