After successfully completing this project, students are able to deal with security-related issues by means of a practical project.
They will be able to identify and analyze security problems and, based on this, explain
classic methods of attack.
In addition, they will be able to combine attack techniques and describe how systems can
be hardened against them.
A selection of project tasks will be presented.
The tasks are worked on independently by the students in small groups.
Regular meetings are held to report on the progress of the project.
The results are summarized in a document and presented in a talk.
Relevant online references to security issues, journal articles etc.
