The student is able to classify all consequences of adopting Software Defined Networking (SDN) to the applications development process. The student can assess the impact of SDN for the TCP/IP architecture. The student can explain and implement openflow-based applications. Furthermore the student can design control and monitoring frameworks and write a concept for a deploying mechanism of such tools using advanced concepts such as federation.
