<objectives>After successfully completing this module, students will be able to quickly recognize and assess all security functions, their interdependencies and their effectiveness in the company. They willknow how to establish a safety culture in the company.

- Students will have mastered the most important and convincing methods and techniques of successful communication and negotiation. They will be able to analyze, manage and shape conflict situations. They will be familiar with the interplay of conviction, attitudes and behavioral patterns, will be more aware of conflict potential and will be able to transform conflict situations into cooperation.</objectives>
