Module content:
In this compulsory elective seminar, students will work together to develop a concept for a learning workshop. We will start with an examination of open, self-directed forms of learning and existing learning workshop models. In a participatory process, needs will be analyzed, target groups defined, and ideas for spaces, materials, and methods concretized. The goal is to design a viable overall concept that is theoretically sound and takes practical implementation options into account. The seminar thrives on active participation, creativity, and teamwork. Format: Block seminar + kick-off and closing sessions
