Learning outcomes:
The practical study phase is a supervised training period integrated into the degree program and coordinated with it in terms of content. As a rule, it must be carried out in a suitable company or other professional institution. After successfully completing this module, students will be able to apply and deepen the knowledge they have acquired in their studies to practical tasks in their resp. company by contributing to the solution of concrete problems in an engineer´s field of activity. They will be able to demonstrate that they are able to integrate themselves into an existing operational environment. They will be familiar with the principles of scientific work and will be able to use their German language skills to develop or further develop solutions to technical problems. The learning objectives are therefore geared towards preparing students with a foreign university degree for the demands of working life on the German labor market and providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to work successfully in their professional field in the long term.
