Learning outcomes:
Today, the environment of companies is characterized by a high degree of dynamic change, which poses new challenges for the management of companies and employees. In this seminar, management concepts will be analyzed by the students who will be dealing with these challenges.
The goal of the seminar is to enable students to work independently on current management and leadership concepts, put these concepts in an overall context and critically reflect on the respective management recommendations. We will focus on the conceptual basis of the respective concepts and their empirical validation.  In addition, examples from corporate practice will be used to demonstrate the implementation of these concepts.
After successfully completing this module, students will be able to:
_ identify the new challenges facing the management of companies and employees,
_ understand the factors that trigger these challenges/changes,
