Bachelor thesis:
After successfully completing this part of the module, students will:
_        be able to develop and present a design solution from urban planning to detailled building design using plans and models while taking analytical, conceptual, constructive and scientific-methodical aspects into consideration.
_        Students will be able to:
o        have the capacity for imagination, creative thinking, innovation and leadership.
o        search for information, define problems, carry out analyses and critically assess and formulate action strategies.
o        think in three dimensions when preparing designs.
o        weigh up different factors, apply knowledge and use the skills they have acquired during their studies to solve design problems.

Compulsory elective: Special Theory/Technology
After successfully completing this part of the module, students will:
_        have advanced their subject-specific knowledge in the special field of their Bachelor thesis.

Personal competence:
_        Methodology: Students will be able to acquire knowledge independently and develop detailed knowledge on a set topic. They will be able to present and document an architectural topic graphically and in writing.

_        Complex representation and a presentation of the thesis, which is open to the public.

Compulsory elective: Special Theory/Technology
_        Advanced study in theoretical/technological areas connected to the thesis topic. Introductory courses will introduce students to the main aspects of their compulsory elective (area of specialization). Further information will be given in 1-on-1 consultations. The specialization culminates in an independent piece of work preceded by intermediate consultations and ending in a final presentation that is carried out together with the thesis.
