Learning outcomes:
The English for Architects Modules 1 and 2 provide a framework where students can develop their English language skills in the professional field from the desired entry level B1 to level B2. After successfully completing this module, students will understand the differences between international working environments, especially English-speaking ones, recognize difficulties and conflicts in intercultural communication situations and be able to draw conclusions for their own behavior. They will be sensitive to different language registers and will be able to communicate appropriately both orally and in writing in given professional situations.

Teaching methods/Media:
Teaching and learning materials for specific target groups Due to the increasing digitalization of teaching and learning, more and more interactive digital materials will be made available via a learning management system and integrated into the teaching process as part of a blended learning approach. In exceptional situations, this also allows for the use of a video conferencing system instead of conventional in-classroom teaching.
