Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this submodule, students will: - be able to explain the basic concepts of business administration, have an overview of its sub-disciplines and be able to explain and evaluate operational processes. - have a basic understanding of business management, strategic and operational planning, business organization, decision theory and monitoring. - be familiar with the basic concepts of the above mentioned subareas. - be able to apply the concepts and instruments learned in the above mentioned sub-areas to simple business cases. - be able to draw preliminary conclusions to simple business problems by using the concepts and tools learned. - Basic concepts and interrelationships in business administration
