Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module students will: - be able to create personnel development tools under guidance in company structures with simple and mid-level complexity - be able to identify personnel development needs among employees and submit targeted and appropriate proposals to employees and managers to cover gaps in potential. - be able to assess collective bargaining changes to remuneration systems and implement them in company systems as required. - be able to independently plan, organize and implement simple training measures and use tools to assess the personnel development success. - be able to make contributions to and implement performance management concepts. - be able to apply selected personnel controlling tools.

- Creation of personnel development concepts - Determination of personnel development needs - Implementation of personnel development measures - Incentive and remuneration concepts (comp & ben, basic principles of occupational pension provision) - Job evaluation and representation in collective agreements - Performance management (indirect performance appraisal) - Tools for controlling staff levels and resignations - HR controlling tools
