Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module, students will understand the interrelationships in the construction industry as a whole, especially in the areas of quality management, insurance, legal forms and associations. They will be familiar with the basics of occupational safety and be able to draft a safety and health plan (SiGe - Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzplan). They will be able to develop a cost plan with cost tracking in the interest of the client. They will be able to assess and plan process sequences and the use of construction machinery and draw up a detailed plan for the required construction site equipment.
