Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module, students will: - be able to describe the structure, functionality and possible uses of operational information systems, - be able to define basic terms from SAP terminology, - be able to theoretically describe business processes in SAP, - be able to to handle business processes in SAP ERP using case studies.

Business Information Systems / SAP - Basic terms, data integration, process integration, system architecture, transactions - Master data maintenance and carrying out selected business processes in SAP ERP

Teaching methods/Media:
Lecture with integrated exercises and case studies: Students will work independently on the PC to solve concrete business management tasks using the suitable software (SAP SERP, etc...).
