Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this course, students will have basic knowledge about project management. They will be able to apply systematic methods for problem solving, decision making and risk protection. Furthermore, they will be able to plan simple projects with the help of the MS-Project tool and estimate their effort and costs. Students will be prepared for later work in project teams.
