Learning outcomes:
This module aims to teach students of electrical and electronic engineering and mechanical engineering the fundamentals of project management. After completing this course, students will be competent in systematically applying problem solving, decision making and risk management techniques. They will be acquainted with and will know how to use the standard project management tools and methods and will be in a position to make a positive contribution to a project team.
