After successfully completing this module, students will have basic knowledge of contracts and the conclusion of legal transactions and be able to read, understand and interpret special contracts and passages - They will be familiar with important legal provisions and be able to use them to draft a contract - Be familiar with and be able to interpret general terms and conditions
