Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module students will be able to: -speak freely and confidently in front of a group -name the principles of convincing argumentation and be able to use them in real discussions and lectures -name and apply the criteria of a successful presentation, e. g. with PowerPoint -create documents with the help of a word processor -handle a spreadsheet program
