Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module, students will: - be able to apply the international and national legal framework and regulations that are important for national and international tourism and the cross-border economy - be able to familiarize themselves with legal texts independently, interpret individual regulations and relate them to each other on their own - be able to demonstrate the relevance of the regulations for business practice - be able to develop proposals for solutions to specific cases and contracts from international business and tourism law by classifying the problem, subsuming the facts under the characteristics of the relevant regulations and deriving the result therefrom - be able to review the result based on general legal value decisions.
