Workload:
Workload of student for successfully completing the course. Each ECTS credit represents 30 working hours. These are the combined effort of face-to-face time, post-processing the subject of the lecture, exercises and preparation for the exam.

The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).
60 class hours (= 45 clock hours) over a 15-week period.
The total student study time is 180 hours (equivalent to 6 ECTS credits).
There are therefore 135 hours available for class preparation and follow-up work and exam preparation.

Learning outcomes:
Learning outcomes/skills Music Didactics (2 hours per semester week):
 
After successfully completing this module, students will:
•        have an overview of the determinants and content of music learning,
•        have expanded their repertoire of music education methods,
         be able to assess the consequences of organizational decisions on the results of music-related mediation projects,
 
 
Learning outcomes/skills Musical Form (2 hours per semester week):
 
Familiarity with the basic concepts and principles of musical form. With this familiarity, students will be able to develop basic skills for analyzing artificial music. Central forms and some genres will be examined in their historical development and, by way of example, in their personal stylistic differentiation.

Content - Music didactics skills:
 
After successfully completing this module, students will:
•        be familiar with the possibilities of initiating aesthetic experiences,
•        have basic knowledge about the conditions under which musical performance and presentation take place,
•        be able to assess the potential of open, fragmentary or processual aesthetic creations.
