Module content:
Experiential education uses targeted group activities to promote personal and social skills. Practical experiences in challenging situations stimulate reflection, teamwork, and self-awareness. In this seminar, students will learn how experiential education methods can be applied in various contexts to support learning processes and promote personal development. The first session will focus on developing basic concepts of experiential education. It will also cover the organization of the block seminar in January. The block seminar on the second date includes an overnight stay at the Biberburg in Berschweiler. In addition to a variety of adventure and cooperation exercises, participants will have the opportunity to gain their first practical experience in the experiential education medium of climbing.
