Workload:
Workload of student for successfully completing the course. Each ECTS credit represents 30 working hours. These are the combined effort of face-to-face time, post-processing the subject of the lecture, exercises and preparation for the exam.

The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).
30 class hours (= 22.5 clock hours) over a 15-week period.
The total student study time is 150 hours (equivalent to 5 ECTS credits).
There are therefore 127.5 hours available for class preparation and follow-up work and exam preparation.

Learning outcomes:
Organization:
After successfully completing this module, students will: be familiar with the basics of human behavior in companies and understand the interplay between individuals and organizations. They will be aware of the efficiency of different forms of collaboration within and between companies and will be familiar with organizational forms that are typical in the field of aviation business.
 
Human Resources Management:
After successfully completing this module, students will: be familiar with the role of human resource management and the tasks of a superior in managing employees. They will be familiar with human resource management tools for developing, managing and evaluating employees and will understand the design parameters of compensation systems and their incentive effect.
