Students will be able to answer typical questions about setting up a company: Which contracts does a young entrepreneur have to conclude to cover his own needs? What is important when concluding a contract with a customer? Which liability issues and protection options are relevant? Students will be able to model the path from the initial idea to operation and use practical examples to assess the legal possibilities and dangers.
