Workload:
Workload of student for successfully completing the course. Each ECTS credit represents 30 working hours. These are the combined effort of face-to-face time, post-processing the subject of the lecture, exercises and preparation for the exam.

The total workload is distributed on the semester (01.04.-30.09. during the summer term, 01.10.-31.03. during the winter term).
The total student study time for this course is 150 hours.

Learning outcomes:
After successfully completing this module, students will be able to quickly recognize and assess all security functions, their interdependencies and their effectiveness in the company. They willknow how to establish a safety culture in the company.
 
- Students will have mastered the most important and convincing methods and techniques of successful communication and negotiation. They will be able to analyze, manage and shape conflict situations. They will be familiar with the interplay of conviction, attitudes and behavioral patterns, will be more aware of conflict potential and will be able to transform conflict situations into cooperation.
