The Use, Application, and Generation of Knowledge: • Students will be able to analyze problem areas in everyday work that can arise in situations of change. • They will be able to formulate solutions for change scenarios in the work environment. Communication and Cooperation: • In group work, students will be able to analyze the importance of the human factor in change processes. • In interdisciplinary teams, they will be able to plan measures for practical solutions in situations of change.
