Nursing pedagogical principles of practical training _ Basics of learning and motivation psychology _ Basics of action-oriented didactics and specialized didactics of nursing _ Skill development: Development of nursing competence, _ Concept of competence, developing competence through cooperations between places of learning, learning field concept _ Competence-oriented learning offers, e.g. problem-oriented learning in practice, case discussions, project lessons, learning workshop, skills lab training _ Learning outcomes, taxonomies _ The structure of the guidance process Instruments for assessing and reflecting on practical training _ Assessment procedures and assessment instruments (examination procedures, framework curriculum) _ Evaluation criteria and mistakes _ Conducting appraisal interviews, critiques, discussions about promotions, target agreement discussions _ Methods for reflection, self- and external evaluation (subjective/objective) _ Dealing with conflicts, disorders and learning difficulties _ Learning guidance
